eCustom - Getting Started

eCustom.com allows you to create, purchase, and even share customized products and gifts without leaving your computer. We have an on-line designer that allows you to upload your personal images and photos and arrange them on the products we offer. You can also add text and our stock images to your design. When your design is complete, you can save it, purchase it, and share it with others. Your projects and images will be saved for the next time you want to continue your design, start a new design, or re-order!

Creating a free account is optional. In order to save your images and projects, you will create a free new account. You simply choose a name and password and you will be off and running! Your account allows us to give you the best possible user experience. We are able to save images, save projects, and continue designing where you left off after your last save. Click here to create an account.

Choose the product you want to design by clicking links at the top of each page or on the side menu. Once you find the type of product you want, click the "Start Designing" button found on each product page to begin your design. If you have not logged in, the designer will ask you to login when it starts. You will need the latest Adobe Flash Player. The designer will help you upgrade if you don't have the latest version installed in your browser. Watch the product design quick start to see how to create a dog tag in no time with the designer!

Below and throughout the site you will see the VIDEO and DOCUMENT icons. If you click the video icon, you will come to this page and the appropriate video will be loaded into the video player for you to play. If you click the document video, you will be taken to the appropriate knowledgebase article in our support portal.

How do I create a wristband?

This movie shows you how to use the designer to create a laser engraved silicone wristband. Remember, our wristbands are engraved, not printed. All images should be black, white, or shades of gray. The darker the shade the deeper the engraving. This allows you to have some 3D effect if you desire.
