eCustom is open during the normal business hours of 9am - 5pm Central Time Monday - Friday,
excluding holidays. Emails are usually responded to quickly, but may take up to 24 hours.
Many times we man email support and live chat until 9:00pm, so feel free to give it a try!
What can we help with?
- Designing
We can step you through the process of designing your shirts or products. If you are not very
handy with the computer, we can even help you design it. Many times we are able to take your
photo, artwork, or design and login as you to help finalize your design for you. If you need
this type of assistance, call us, email us, or live chat with us! We are here to help!
- Product Questions
We can answer any questions about the types of products we offer on the web and those only
available in our store. Feel free to contact us if you have any product questions.
- Large Quantities
If you are looking to buy in very large bulk, you may want to contact us. We import products like
wristbands, pins, lanyards, etc. We are also official licensees of Major League Soccer. If you are
looking to order certain products in large bulk, feel free to give us a call to see how we can assist you.
- Business Solutions
eCustom offers some very flexible partnership opportunities for schools, photographers, and businesses. Our programs
allow businesses and schools to sell our products directly to their customers without the need to have an inventory of
