THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW!
The most important thing to know about shipping from eCustom.com is that we custom create
each and every product that you purchase on-line. It may take us from 1-3 days or more to create
your item before it ships. Large quantity orders may take more time to process.
If you need your item by a certain date, you should contact us via email, on-line chat, or phone
so we can tell you when your item will likely ship. Please do not assume that your item will
ship immediately. Normally, small orders go out within 3 days, but not always! Also keep in mind
that if you choose Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select UPS shipping, that does not mean it will be
to you in that amount of days. It does not include processing time or weekends or holidays when
UPS does not deliver.

- US Postal Service First Class (.75 lbs)
Normal USPS First Class Mail can be chosen for packages
weighing under 3/4 lbs when checking out. First Class mail is just normal mail and
we can't say how long it may take to get to you. First Class Mail shipping and
handling starts at $2.95. No tracking is available for this method.
- UPS Ground
From the UPS Web site - Prompt, dependable, cost-effective ground delivery makes
UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. This service can
take up to 1 week from the time we ship it from our office. Actual delivery time
depends on how far you are away from our office in Brighton, CO.
- UPS 3 Day Select
From the UPS Web site - UPS 3 Day Select is the smart choice for time-sensitive
packages on a cost-sensitive budget. This service is 3 Days from the time we ship
it from our office.
- UPS 2nd Day Air
From the UPS Web site - Use UPS 2nd Day Air® as an economical alternative for
time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. This
service is 2nd Day from the time we ship it from our office.
- UPS Next Day Air
From the UPS Web site - UPS Next Day Air® features fast, reliable delivery to all
50 states and Puerto Rico, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments.
Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day
depending on location. Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in
transit. Some shipments to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit

Currently, eCustom.com will only ship to Canada and the United States.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any Duty/Taxes
in your country, including Canada. VAT may be charged to you on delivery in certain
areas like any purchase you make internationally. All purchases on eCustom are made in
US dollars via credit card. The shipping prices we charge DO NOT include Duties and Taxes
that will be collected by UPS upon delivery!

From the UPS Web site - Guaranteed On-time Delivery from Two to Five Days.
Most shipments to Canada are delivered within two business days.
- UPS Worldwide Express
From the UPS Web site - Guaranteed next day delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or
by the end of the business day to Canada.
