Rules of Thumb Below are some general rules to remember when uploading images. Keep in mind, by checking the agree box below, you agree to our terms of service located at the above link.
Good Taste All photos must be considered G or PG Rated. If you can't show the photo or image to a child, do not order it.
Copyrighted Images and Text You are solely responsible for any legal action taken because of products created with images that you do not own the rights to.
Original Images and Text Only All photos must be original and owned by you, or you must have permission to use them. Do not upload images you have taken from web sites on the internet. Do not upload images that are copyrighted or trademarked like pro sports logos or the Nike logo. Do not put text on your photo that is copyrighted or trademarked. In other words, your photos must be your own original photos and creations.
File Type All uploads must be JPEG or PNG files. In other words, they must have the file extension .jpg or .jpeg or .png. The photo image must be less than 2 Megs.
Image Security Used and non-used images are removed from our Web server periodically. We are not responsible for the security of your images.
